Barbara did a wonderful job helping me sell my house. She was professional, patient, and responsive. Thanks to her experience and steady guidance, the sale went smoothly and quickly. From the day we met to plan until the day the sale was complete, Barbara was on the job – always willing and able to go the extra mile. She stayed one step ahead, carefully explaining what to expect and ensuring that my many questions and concerns were addressed. She was extremely helpful with preparations for the sale, kept me informed during showings, and always made sure I was comfortable with any decisions before moving forward.

We built a home in Spring Hill, TN and wanted Barbara to represent us during the entire process. She had already been the agent to two other families in our same neighborhood, and was so knowledgeable of all the ins and outs of building a home in this neighborhood. This was our first time building a home, so her knowledge and expertise were invaluable. She went many times to the build site throughout the months to check on the progress and would report back to us. This gave us such peace of mind. In the final days leading up to closing on the home, she was on top of all the repairs/issues that needed to be addressed by the builder. She made all the phone calls to the builder and communicated with us the entire time. This part of building a home can be a more stressful time, but Barbara made that process very smooth. The closing day went perfectly and we couldn’t be more grateful to Barbara.

To say the least, Barbara was a God send from the time I purchased this property all the way full circle to me selling it as well!! She was very helpful throughout the entire process and I would gladly use her services for ALL of my real estate needs in the future!
