She went many times to the build site throughout the months to check on the progress and would report back to us. This gave us such peace of mind. In the final days leading up to closing on the home, she was on top of all the repairs/issues that needed to be addressed by the builder. She made all the phone calls to the builder and communicated with us the entire time. This part of building a home can be a more stressful time, but Barbara made that process very smooth. The closing day went perfectly and we couldn’t be more grateful to Barbara.

We came to Franklin last November to look for a home. We only had a few days to look and planned on coming back mid January to look again.
