She is extremely knowledgeable in the house buying/selling world, and her communication is quick, clear, and concise. She finds answers almost immediately to questions that arise. Kita is one of the most kind, genuine, and personable people out there. She has become a friend of ours during our house buying process. We feel like we had a constant sense of comfort and security during a time that could have been much more stressful than it ultimately was. We have Kita to thank for that. She is just amazing!
