Suzi helped us find our dream home in Columbia! During the process, she asked for details on the type of property we were looking for, and sent listings to us that met that criteria, proving she listens to what her clients want. She then drove us around to see 7-8 listings all over the Maury County area (our preference) and from those we were able to find exactly what we were looking for! We appreciated all the time she took showing us the area, and it really helped us get familiar with our new surroundings. Suzi insists on a home inspection, which I absolutely agree with and appreciate. It gave us the peace of mind that we were buying a sound home. Throughout escrow and after, Suzi was there to meet with inspectors and also painters for estimates and the actual work, as we were out-of-state at the time. She is also quick to respond to texts and calls. Suzi has an excellent knowledge of the real estate market, profession and the area.
