Very responsive via Text, email, voice mail, etc. she responds very quickly. She is quite thorough on follow ups, when she says she will do something you can bet it will be done. You do not have to track her down she will reach out an let you know where the task stands. Wendy is a very dedicated and knowedgeable person who is able to put complicated tasks into laymen terms so everyone can understand what is needed. Her Customer Service skills are superior.
