Real estate teams in TN, 37066

Cheryl was so helpful for me. She always answered every question I had, bolstered my resolve when things went slow, listened to my suggestions and always thought up ways to change things up to improve interest. She was as so helpful and always dialed in. She was the perfect agent for me to have had! A+++++++ score!!

Cheryl is very knowledgeable about real estate in our area. She guides us through the entire process expertly and has a knack for remembering all our important “details”, which is especially helpful for we elderly folks. A big standout with Cheryl is she’s never without a smile. It is obvious she loves her job … helping people. Simply can’t say enough about how wonderful Cheryl is … and her auctioneer husband Barry is right up there too.

Cheryl attended EVERY meeting for moral support even when her presence was not necessary, kept me up to date on any action required of me. Great communication skills, very knowledgeable of the market and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Cheryl to anyone to represent them for their real estate needs.

Working directly with Jack Gaughan, he made my first-time selling experience a breeze. Every step of the way, Jack was thorough, proactive, and took on all the details so that I barely lifted a finger. He is incredibly knowledgable and I would absolutely recommend buying or selling with him!

This was not my first home buying experience, but it was my best home buying experience. Lacee and her team gave me peace of mind when it came to making this purchase. She understood what I was looking for and what my non-negotiable's were. She advised me on what should be offered, countered, and settled with. When it came time for inspections and estimates she was ready with a list of qualified vendors even going ahead and getting them done while I was out of the area. Even after the whole process was over she helped me rent out my old place. She has helped me with moving and that process. There hasnt been a time where her and her team didnt help me when I needed it. There is no doubt that when it comes time for me to buy again or sell in Nashville, Lacee and the Gaughan Group will be who I call!

Lacee is amazing! This was the second home we have sold with her and am so thankful for her professionalism and tenacity! We felt comfortable through the whole process. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Lacee again and again.
