Real estate teams in Sumner County

Cheryl was so helpful for me. She always answered every question I had, bolstered my resolve when things went slow, listened to my suggestions and always thought up ways to change things up to improve interest. She was as so helpful and always dialed in. She was the perfect agent for me to have had! A+++++++ score!!

Cheryl is very knowledgeable about real estate in our area. She guides us through the entire process expertly and has a knack for remembering all our important “details”, which is especially helpful for we elderly folks. A big standout with Cheryl is she’s never without a smile. It is obvious she loves her job … helping people. Simply can’t say enough about how wonderful Cheryl is … and her auctioneer husband Barry is right up there too.

Cheryl attended EVERY meeting for moral support even when her presence was not necessary, kept me up to date on any action required of me. Great communication skills, very knowledgeable of the market and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Cheryl to anyone to represent them for their real estate needs.

Loved working with Lindy! I especially appreciated how quickly she and her staff took care of any issue or concern we had. They were quick to update us after each showing, we never waited more than a day for an email or a call concerning feedback on our showings. I truly appreciated every bit of hard work that went into helping us sell our house and finding our new home! Thanks again

My wife and I absolutely LOVE Lindy and her team. Lindy was able to take care of so much of the process in our home purchase and made us feel amazingly comfortable. A+ and fully recommend!

Lindy was incredible throughout the entire process! Her communication with us was great from start to finish. I would recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home.
