Lorraine made selling our home pleasant and that says it ALL!

She knows how to prepare a property to show at its best!! She is always available to answer questions and goes that “ extra mile” to help. Because she lives in the area, she is an expert at helping the buyers. Over all I am so impressed with how resourceful and practical she is in negotiating with both buyers and sellers. We never felt pressured in any way and were always given the information we needed to make decisions. We have sold homes in the past and this was by far the best experience we have had selling a home.

Extremely responsive and patient with all of first time buyer questions.

Always quick to take actions, answer the phone, and on time for house viewings and all meetings. Smart negotiator; clear and honest during the entire process and even answered calls and wrote contracts while she was on a vacation. Cant imagine a better agent to work with.

Sudden chaos

I dealt with Deanna long distance as I was shopping for property from Casa Grande. My daughter was living in Flagstaff and did act as an intermediary which Deanna was able to navigate without problems. Real estate values were rising quickly and supply for my needs was few. Deanna easily worked with both of us finding a satisfactory piece of real estate. She was extremely helpful and calming during the stressful application process. On finding the final selection, she was very instrumental in helping us setting up utilities, getting information on local pros that we would need to work on the property, offering advise for developing furthering adu requirements. Frances is very familiar with the area and properties having live here for so long. I would highly recommend Deanna when looking for real estate in this area.
