Sarah and Jeff were both very responsive to phone calls and text messages. They were friendly and knowledgeable of the market. They explained things clearly and answered any questions we had about houses, the market, or the buying process. I loved working with them in person to find our house. I also appreciated that they did video walk thru viewings of houses when we were far away in Canada, which helped immensely so we didn't have to constantly travel back and forth. They were easy going and professional. The extended Collins team was also great. We were so happy with everyone we worked with.

She knows how to prepare a property to show at its best!! She is always available to answer questions and goes that “ extra mile” to help. Because she lives in the area, she is an expert at helping the buyers. Over all I am so impressed with how resourceful and practical she is in negotiating with both buyers and sellers. We never felt pressured in any way and were always given the information we needed to make decisions. We have sold homes in the past and this was by far the best experience we have had selling a home.

I dealt with Deanna long distance as I was shopping for property from Casa Grande. My daughter was living in Flagstaff and did act as an intermediary which Deanna was able to navigate without problems. Real estate values were rising quickly and supply for my needs was few. Deanna easily worked with both of us finding a satisfactory piece of real estate. She was extremely helpful and calming during the stressful application process. On finding the final selection, she was very instrumental in helping us setting up utilities, getting information on local pros that we would need to work on the property, offering advise for developing furthering adu requirements.
