Shelly was wonderful assisting me in buying my house in Pooler, an area I knew nothing about. It was good to have the inside knowledge of a long time resident of the Savannah area. She could answer all my questions and if there was anything she didn’t know, she’d find the answer and get back to me soon. So naturally, when I had to move on 3 years later, I turned to Shelly to sell my house. She’s very personable and hard working. She sold my house and helped me through every step of the process, including selling and closing after I had moved already. She went by the house to check on it as I was gone, and to meet buyers, contractors, appraisers etc. She’s the real deal. Highest recommendation!

Steven is AWESOME! As first time home buyers, the task seemed daunting especially in todays market. Steven made it feel like a breeze! Steven was knowledgeable, kind, thorough, personable, and always found time for us. Even while on vacation, he found the time to get back to us if there was something we needed done. He helped us find our perfect first home over the course of a couple months. Everything was always explained in detail, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, he made it so easy! We had been taking our time and looking for a house in Savannah for quite a while. In April, we stayed at a great AirBNB for our daughter’s wedding and loved it. When writing a review, we told the owners that if we didn’t have a house next time, we’d definitely stay at their place again. I got a reply back from Heather saying she was a realtor. After having a chat with her that day, we could tell she was engaged, high-energy, fun, and ready to work for us. I feel like it was not a coincidence that we connected! Meant to be - so we switched agents and moved forward. Within 4 weeks or so we closed on a house! I can’t say enough good things about the experience working with Heather - it was great. She was great. Helped us through the process every step of the way. Since this is “rate my agent” - letter rating = A+; numerical rating 1-10 (10 being best) = 10; qualitative rating = extremely satisfied; would I recommend or use her again rating = absolutely. Thanks Heather for getting us into Savannah during a crazy time in the market! Come visit anytime!!
