Ann-Marie helped us with both, selling our home in Savannah and purchasing our new home in Richmond Hill. When searching for our new home, she was able take our lengthy list of requirements and quickly find suitable homes in the area we wanted. She was excellent at scheduling walk-throughs and drafting offer letters on our timeline, which helped us to quickly get the house we now call home. For selling our previous home, she coordinated everything. As a family with young kids at the time, we did not have the time (nor experience) to sell the house ourselves. She handled the pictures, advertising, open houses, and finding cleaners/handymen to get the best value on our sale. She spent many hours showing the property, coordinating with other realtors / buyers and walking us through the multiple offers we received. She was able to get us copies of the buyers inspection reports, contacts/options for second opinions and was very responsive and efficient through the whole process. Being in the military for 28 years, my wife and I have bought and sold a number of houses. Ann-Marie was by far the best and most professional agent we have ever used. She was tireless in finding houses that met our requirements. She called people who had pulled their houses off the market and convinced several to allow us to view them.
