I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Susan to find a condo. From our first meeting she listened to what I was looking for & maintained consistent communication as properties came on the market. Once I chose a property, she amazed me with all the help she provided from assisting me with my inspector, taking measurements, providing advice on things needing repair, contact referrals, documentation explanations & much more. She always responded to my numerous questions almost immediately & always had answers. She went over & beyond all my expectations and I would refer her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Susan was incredible through the entire process of buying and selling!! She went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed to get our dream house and sell our old house quickly. She is the truly the best! 💕

Susan is simply the hardest working most genuine person out there! She has now helped us 4 times in two years and we love her as an agent and friend!!!

If your looking into buying or selling your home, look no further then Realty One Group! My son retained Colin Motlagh in the purchase his home and after seeing first hand how Colin handled everything with such persistence and professionalism. I knew he was the one I was going to use to sell my home! Colin is your "Bulldog" when it comes to dedication to details and listening to his clients. As many of you know, who have been through the process of all the paper work in buying or selling a home, it can be very daunting! Colin is truly dedicated to making sure all the "T's" are crossed and the "I's" are dotted on ALL the paper work that is required at closing, making the process as smooth as it can possibly be. I would 100% recommend Colin to handle any of your real estate needs!!!

Colin knew exactly what to do at every step of the process. He was patient and thorough, even going above in beyond in some instances to take care of us and our property. Never once did I feel rushed or like a burden for asking questions and being unsure about things to do.

Colin is extremely thorough and realistic, firm yet friendly, and is backed by a wonderfully curated team of professionals. I can’t imagine how things could’ve gone any smoother creating a new home for my family and I could not be happier nor more appreciative.
