We have sold and bought a house with Ryan and Annmarie. Selling, we sold in under a week. They did a great job of pricing, marketing and showing our home. We were selling from out of town and they took care of everything to get the house ready to sell. They made the process seamless. Buying: We searched for a house in Savannah for months and couldn't find anything we liked. There was a point where we were considering offering on a house that was overpriced - Ryan and Annmarie advised against it, even though they would've made more commission on that house than the house we ultimately bought. It just goes to show that they operate with integrity, with their client's best interest at heart versus being motivated by a bottom line. She was excellent at scheduling walk-throughs and drafting offer letters on our timeline, which helped us to quickly get the house we now call home. Ann-Marie was the absolute best to work with for our first home purchase. It took us three months to find the perfect home because of this crazy market, and she was willing to show us as many homes as we wanted to see along the way. She even sent out flyers to home owners in a neighborhood we loved to let them know she had interested buyers. Lastly, she submitted an offer for us while on vacation in Hawaii with her family.
