Ann-Marie helped us with both, selling our home in Savannah and purchasing our new home in Richmond Hill. When searching for our new home, she was able take our lengthy list of requirements and quickly find suitable homes in the area we wanted. She was excellent at scheduling walk-throughs and drafting offer letters on our timeline, which helped us to quickly get the house we now call home. For selling our previous home, she coordinated everything. As a family with young kids at the time, we did not have the time (nor experience) to sell the house ourselves. She handled the pictures, advertising, open houses, and finding cleaners/handymen to get the best value on our sale. Ann-Marie was the absolute best to work with for our first home purchase. It took us three months to find the perfect home because of this crazy market, and she was willing to show us as many homes as we wanted to see along the way. She even sent out flyers to home owners in a neighborhood we loved to let them know she had interested buyers. Lastly, she submitted an offer for us while on vacation in Hawaii with her family. Ann-Marie will go above and beyond to secure you the right home, and will advise you as you go. Ann-Marie Neill did an amazing job helping us navigate the sale of our home in Richmond Hill. At the time of the listing, we lived several hours away in FL and the home was occupied by renters. She not only listed and sold the home for a price that we were happy with, but also spent an extraordinary amount of time and effort scheduling and meeting 3rd parties aside from buyers so that I didn't have to drive back and forth to deal with maintenance contractors etc. Ann-Marie also held a significant amount of well-attended open houses and was constantly in communication about buyer feedback and home status.
