We have sold and bought a house with Ryan and Annmarie. Selling, we sold in under a week. They did a great job of pricing, marketing and showing our home. We were selling from out of town and they took care of everything to get the house ready to sell. They made the process seamless. Buying: We searched for a house in Savannah for months and couldn't find anything we liked. There was a point where we were considering offering on a house that was overpriced - Ryan and Annmarie advised against it, even though they would've made more commission on that house than the house we ultimately bought. It just goes to show that they operate with integrity, with their client's best interest at heart versus being motivated by a bottom line.
