Both she and her husband, Ryan, work together and this tag-team - I discovered - was a HUGE factor in my being able to expediently view the home I’d seen online. She was busy so Ryan said “I can be there in 1/2 an hour”. That place wasn’t a good fit but I had such confidence in him immediately based on his general advice and knowledge of Savannah I knew I’d be using Ann-Marie and Ryan to find my home. Things have been a blur with so much on my plate with the move… but once we met up to view the house I decided to buy, Ryan could not have been more in my court with suggestions and positive feedback about why this was a good fit. His negotiations were all SUCCESSFUL in me getting a deal I was thrilled with. I am a single woman moving from New Orleans to Savannah.
