Review Cline has been an absolute blessing. Originally we had contacted another realtor who didn't seem to be too interested in helping us, but Cline was the exact opposite. From day one he provided helpful information, recommended others that could help in the home buying process and was always able to answer any question we had. Anytime we texted him, he responded back in a timely manner and when we sent him a house we wanted to see we were viewing it as soon as that day sometimes. It's clear that Cline really cares about his clients and it shows. We always felt listened to and never like a burden. We found a great house, in a great neighborhood and without Cline, I don't think we would have been able to. Steven Hewitt of Realty One Group, was the selling agent with my home in Pooler, GA. He did a wonderful job of promoting and marketing my home using various on-line websites in addition to the transitional avenues. There was a lot of interest in potential buyers looking at the home. As in any home sale, it can become an emotional and stressful roller coaster ride. In addition to the increase interest rates, there was a lot of competition with several new resales that were listed and new home construction in the neighborhood making it very frustrating. However, throughout the process, Steve was available 24/7, held my hand, as needed, and gave great advice and feedback in negotiation with potential buyers. Eventually, I had a contract on the house, and I was able to close on the home on time to move forward, without stress, with the purchase of my new home in Florida. Susan was absolutely phenomenal to work with and is by far the best agent we've ever had. Many agents these days will simply unlock doors for you, Susan goes well beyond that. She takes the time to understand what you're looking for and she acts proactively. She drove us all over the Savannah area to get a sense of what we liked and what we didn't, and she executed accordingly. She helped us get a house that we had seen online a few months before, prior to working with her. We had only mentioned it in passing, but we told her how much we liked it. One morning she notified us that it had come back on the market and arranged for us to see it immediately. Because of her watchful eye and her approach in the negotiations, we were able to get an offer submitted in time and it was accepted amongst the others they received. She was with us every step of the way and stood in for us at appointments we couldn't attend. She has continued to check in on us even after our closing. Susan genuinely provides five-star service.
