Ann-Marie helped us with both, selling our home in Savannah and purchasing our new home in Richmond Hill. When searching for our new home, she was able take our lengthy list of requirements and quickly find suitable homes in the area we wanted. She was excellent at scheduling walk-throughs and drafting offer letters on our timeline, which helped us to quickly get the house we now call home. For selling our previous home, she coordinated everything. As a family with young kids at the time, we did not have the time (nor experience) to sell the house ourselves. She handled the pictures, advertising, open houses, and finding cleaners/handymen to get the best value on our sale.
