5 Stars Isn’t Enough for Melanie Newcomb!

Navigating a complex move—selling both our home and my dad’s home to purchase a new property together—was an incredibly stressful process with so many moving parts. Working with Melanie Newcomb made all the difference. Melanie sold my dad’s home within a week of listing it. Even though she is a personal friend outside of real estate, she handled the entire transaction with complete professionalism. She was exceptionally patient and considerate, making the whole experience smooth and manageable for my elderly father. To top it all off, Melanie went completely above and beyond on moving day. When we arrived at our new property, she was already there—having spent hours setting up a balloon display and a bounce house for our daughter, along with thoughtful, personalized gifts for everyone in our family. There’s a lot to learn and consider when purchasing a home for the first time and it can be very overwhelming. Stan was so informative and walked through each step of the process from start to finish.
