I've worked with a few Realtors over the years trying to purchase a home. I always felt like I was inconveniencing them when I wanted to see a house or even put in an offer. Like I wasn't a priority or being taken seriously. That is absolutely not the experience I had with Neil. We talked about what I was looking for and my concerns about the process. We even talked about the anxiety I had about unknowns for going through the home buying process. And when it came time to actually look at houses, Neil was very accommodating. We had great, frank conversations about things I should be looking for. After seeing a handful of houses, I decided I wanted to look in a nearby town and Neil did not bat an eye. I found a few places that I wanted to see and we spent an afternoon looking. One of those places is what I ended up buying. I'm so happy with how amazing Neil was to work with and how much knowledge he has about the process. He is an excellent negotiator and I KNOW he was advocating for me through the whole process. I truly felt represented. Between him and my loan agent, this was a very low anxiety experience for me. Neil deserves credit for a significant portion of this really positive outcome.
