Hanna was really good to keep us in the loop about the sell of our home. She would communicate to us the feedback she would receives after open house or when people had appointments to view the house. When it came time to make an offer on the house we wanted, she did a great job of communicating between us and the seller. She was with us and walked us through every step of the buying process. This was a great experience due to her great advice, calming influence, and just overall professionalism. Her valuation of our property was spot on and we ultimately received a full price offer with no haggling. When it came to prepping the house she was open and honest and kept us from getting too hyper focused on the minutia while still ensuring we presented as well as possible. She went the extra mile in advertising and staging as well and got us a great photographer and stager who really made the property shine. When we had some unexpected water issues she was on top of it and kept us focused and moving ahead without letting the situation overwhelm us.
