I've worked with a few Realtors over the years trying to purchase a home. I always felt like I was inconveniencing them when I wanted to see a house or even put in an offer. Like I wasn't a priority or being taken seriously. That is absolutely not the experience I had with Neil. We talked about what I was looking for and my concerns about the process. We even talked about the anxiety I had about unknowns for going through the home buying process. And when it came time to actually look at houses, Neil was very accommodating. We had great, frank conversations about things I should be looking for. After seeing a handful of houses, I decided I wanted to look in a nearby town and Neil did not bat an eye. I found a few places that I wanted to see and we spent an afternoon looking. One of those places is what I ended up buying. Stan at Realty One took exceptional care of me and my siblings during a very sensitive time selling our parents home (estate). After a few home purchases over the last 30 years I now know where the bar sets when it comes to realty professionalism, I had no idea the bar went that high. The home had its issues , yet plenty of charm, Stan with his expertise was able to help set a dollar amount on that charm. Stan also understood our tight budget and helped direct us on where to focus our attention while getting it ready for listing ( this was immensely helpful as we didn't even know where to start). Honestly, I could not have pulled off the whirlwind of a sale with out her! She made miracles happen almost over night! I lived several hours outside of town and she went out of her way for me to make all the demanding issues happen for my sale. She went above and beyond!
