It was an absolute pleasure working with Rachel to sell our mother's home. She was extremely professional throughout the entire process and did an excellent job of keeping us appraised of offers and other developments. As a first time home seller I was a little apprehensive at the start since I was not familiar with a lot of the nuances of the industry. Rachel really made everything easy though and did a stellar job of guiding us through the listing and selling process. Her knowledge of the Olympia housing market was also quite handy and ultimately we accepted an offer that aligned with our expectations. Would definitely recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Meghan. I was fortunate to work with her twice in the past decade--first as a buyer and then as a seller. My wife and I ended up with a lovely home on Tumwater Hill. It was well within our price range thanks to some of Emily's negotiations and knowledge of the market. We were able to view plenty houses and never once did we feel pressured to make a purchase. She took the time to listen to what we wanted and made an informed effort to show us properties we may not have found otherwise. Throughout the process, Emily felt like a family friend helping us navigate the treacherous world of home buying. 10/10 would recommend to anyone
