Stan helped my parents out so I knew he was knowledgeable about the market and just about anything I would need to know. He helped organize showings within the same week of first contacting him. He drove down (a multiple hour drive by the way) multiple times to make sure that he could be in person for the signing and showings as well as the inspection and closing day. Stan reached out often to let me know what was happening behind the scenes so it never felt like he left me out to dry. Overall, a great experience!

We had a buyer within a week but they didn't fulfill their financial obligation in time. Causing a headache as we had a contingency on another property. Stan stayed positive and kept us motivated while we had to put our house back on the market for another month. Stan also helped deal with the sellers of our contingent contract and got an extension giving us the extra time we needed to sell our home. We wanted to purchase the property with a contingency on the sale of our home. It ended up taking longer than expected to sell because our first buyer did not follow through with his financial obligation. Stan was able to convince the sellers that we were 100 percent in on the deal and that the slower market required more time to sell.
