We had a buyer within a week but they didn't fulfill their financial obligation in time. Causing a headache as we had a contingency on another property. Stan stayed positive and kept us motivated while we had to put our house back on the market for another month. Stan also helped deal with the sellers of our contingent contract and got an extension giving us the extra time we needed to sell our home. We wanted to purchase the property with a contingency on the sale of our home. It ended up taking longer than expected to sell because our first buyer did not follow through with his financial obligation. Stan was able to convince the sellers that we were 100 percent in on the deal and that the slower market required more time to sell. This was a great experience due to her great advice, calming influence, and just overall professionalism. Her valuation of our property was spot on and we ultimately received a full price offer with no haggling. When it came to prepping the house she was open and honest and kept us from getting too hyper focused on the minutia while still ensuring we presented as well as possible. She went the extra mile in advertising and staging as well and got us a great photographer and stager who really made the property shine. When we had some unexpected water issues she was on top of it and kept us focused and moving ahead without letting the situation overwhelm us.
