This was a great experience due to her great advice, calming influence, and just overall professionalism. Her valuation of our property was spot on and we ultimately received a full price offer with no haggling. When it came to prepping the house she was open and honest and kept us from getting too hyper focused on the minutia while still ensuring we presented as well as possible. She went the extra mile in advertising and staging as well and got us a great photographer and stager who really made the property shine. When we had some unexpected water issues she was on top of it and kept us focused and moving ahead without letting the situation overwhelm us.

I have been looking for a house on and off for quite a bit of time, and Hana has never been pushy. She has always let me take my time. When I finally found the right house, Hana was there to help guide me through the process. Hana has gone above and beyond for me, including going to the signing (which I heard that alot of agents don't go with their clients). I would recommend Hana 1000%!!
