Stan at Realty One took exceptional care of me and my siblings during a very sensitive time selling our parents home (estate). After a few home purchases over the last 30 years I now know where the bar sets when it comes to realty professionalism, I had no idea the bar went that high. The home had its issues , yet plenty of charm, Stan with his expertise was able to help set a dollar amount on that charm. Stan also understood our tight budget and helped direct us on where to focus our attention while getting it ready for listing ( this was immensely helpful as we didn't even know where to start). After listing the home we immediately started getting offers, Stan was quick to educate and coach us on what each offer entailed, and which one(s) suited us best. Unfortunately first contract fell through for reasons out of everyone's control, Stan however did not skip a beat.... We went live moments later and were back in contract with a new buyer...
