The suggested listing price was the selling price. Listing to closing was 60 days. When they said they would show up - they did - not a minute later. A first-time home seller - I just has to empty & clean the house; they did all the rest.

I've worked with a few Realtors over the years trying to purchase a home. I always felt like I was inconveniencing them when I wanted to see a house or even put in an offer. Like I wasn't a priority or being taken seriously. That is absolutely not the experience I had with Neil. We talked about what I was looking for and my concerns about the process.
