Meghan was so helpful when we sold our house. She was knowledgeable and shared lots of tips about the local market. She also told us what to worry about, and, more importantly, what not to worry about. That was tremendously helpful during what is often a stressful experience. We had already moved away, and Meghan stepped up whenever we needed her to troubleshoot and solve problems. We were impressed with her willingness to roll up her sleeves (and her husband's sleeves) if need be and just get stuff done. Neil was incredibly patient with us while it took us 7 months to find the perfect home. We had some special requests due to our son having disabilities and we looked at numerous homes with a wide variety of specifications. Neil was willing to show us whatever house we asked and helped us to identify what would work best for our family. We had an offer into a house that we backed out of due to issues with the inspection and he totally supported our decision without any judgement or concern. When we finally did find the right house and hit a few snags with construction issues, Neil advocated for us and made sure we found the right companies to do the work. We needed to find a home to retire to. Our budget was tight and the market was even tighter. We had tried doing it on our own but got nowhere. We needed help. As soon as Laura McGee became our agent, things moved. The dream house that we landed was entirely due to her efforts. It went on the market late in the afternoon and Laura knew it would be perfect for us. She contacted us within hours of the listing and told us to sleep on it. By morning we had agreed this could work. By then she had already scheduled a viewing and alerted our lender. Amazing. The house was everything we dreamed and she had our full price offer in withing 24 hours of the listing. It was accepted. But Laura's work was far from done. It took several miracles (the result of hard work on her part) to the point that she managed to get a week's worth of progress done in 3 days (over a Holiday weekend) in order for us to make our closing date. It was that hectic of a buying process but it's what we had to navigate. We never would have been able to without Laura's guidance. She could tell when we needed encouragement that it would all work out. Ours was only a $265k purchase price but she worked like it was the biggest sale of the year. For us it was, she made it just as important to her. I will finish this up by saying that we got more house to retire to than we had any hope of getting and we got it because Laura McGee is our Realtor. I could not recommend her more highly. On a scale of 1-5 she is a 10.

I highly recommend Laura. We couldn’t have asked for better service. My mom is elderly and I helped her work with Laura to get her house sold. I had A LOT going on wanted to put as little effort as possible to sell a manufactured home. Laura did a wonderful job of keeping me informed and minimizing the work I had to do. I think if I would have asked her to get a can of paint at Home Depot and paint a wall, she would have done it. She made what at first appeared to me a monumental task into just a simple transaction. I highly recommend Laura.

When we 1st contacted Rachel about selling our home and met her, she when over the everything we should considering selling the home from the price and what we need to do to sell the home in a timely matter. The main objective was to be flexible to be able to have as many showing as possible, to set the price in a fair range so the home does not set on the market. When the home hit the market on march 1 , within hours we already had showing scheduled and the 1st 3 days, we had a showing of about 15 and had 4 offers . It was so smooth how everything procedure On the steps to closing on march 31. If we needed anything from Rachel she was always available we advice or make sure we had the right connections.
