For selling, she gave us great tips to get the house ready, worked with our schedule for showings, hosted two open houses the first weekend (which resulted in the house being sold), made the process and document signing super easy, and took amazing photos to help showcase the house (thanks Austin!). Neil was very professional, extremely sensitive of my schedule and completely worked around it as well. Even when he had personal emergencies he found another fellow realtor to make sure I couod see all the properties that we planned out. I will be reaching out again for when I buy my second home! He had great current and older market knowledge that helped me make the most educated decision on what homes to focus on for my financial situation. I know, I know- so many superlatives! But when the shoe fits so well... Meghan helped us during what was surely one of the tightest markets in our lifetimes. She was always game for all of our (sometimes) oddball and (always) compounding requests. Tour after tour, visit after visit, she made herself available. And then yes- offer after offer- she stood with us as we competed for homes for 4 months. I would say this to any homebuyer entering the market- it might never seem like a "good time" to buy, or it may seem too competitive. But if you work with Meghan, she will ALWAYS be honest with what she thinks as you review homes, she will be your advocate for when you find the right one, and she will stay positive throughout it all- especially if you start to loose hope. And guess what- she'll be with you when you have the keys delivered (and ask for remodel recommendations after too!) And if you play your cards right- there is probably a home baked cake or pie delivered to YOUR new front door in the deal as well!

Meghan assisted us in purchasing our dream home in November of 2020. We relocated here from Central California, and had some very specific ideas on what we wanted in both our new home and our new neighborhood, and Meghan was able to provide us with valuable guidance. Once we found the house we knew we wanted, we were informed there were several other bids we were competing with. We followed Meghan’s advice and to our surprise, the seller picked our bid, even though we were not the highest offer. The seller later informed me she had received a beautiful letter from Meghan, describing us and how much we loved the home and how perfectly it would meet our needs. Two years later, we are still loving our new home, and we are happy to say we are friends with both Meghan and the lady we purchased our house from. Additionally, Meghan provided us with great financing referrals and everything went smoothly that way too. Meghan made the process of buying our home as painless as I could have hoped for. She coordinated a serious amount of showings for us while we were across the state, took houses off our shortlist that had just been shown that day and made excellent suggestions for ones as they got listed. All the while, she coordinated with our selling agent and made sure all the paperwork was in order throughout. I don’t ever plan to work with anyone else for future real estate transactions.
