Meghan assisted us in purchasing our dream home in November of 2020. We relocated here from Central California, and had some very specific ideas on what we wanted in both our new home and our new neighborhood, and Meghan was able to provide us with valuable guidance. Once we found the house we knew we wanted, we were informed there were several other bids we were competing with. We followed Meghan’s advice and to our surprise, the seller picked our bid, even though we were not the highest offer. The seller later informed me she had received a beautiful letter from Meghan, describing us and how much we loved the home and how perfectly it would meet our needs. Two years later, we are still loving our new home, and we are happy to say we are friends with both Meghan and the lady we purchased our house from. Additionally, Meghan provided us with great financing referrals and everything went smoothly that way too. So far, our mortgage has not been sold to any third party companies and continues to be serviced by the original lender. Thanks Meghan!

Meghan made the process of buying our home as painless as I could have hoped for. She coordinated a serious amount of showings for us while we were across the state, took houses off our shortlist that had just been shown that day and made excellent suggestions for ones as they got listed. All the while, she coordinated with our selling agent and made sure all the paperwork was in order throughout. I don’t ever plan to work with anyone else for future real estate transactions.

Working with Emily was a dream experience. Recommended through a friend, she didn’t disappoint. Super knowledgeable about the area, talked on par with my husband about technical issues with the house (super impressive), knows instantly by walking in the room if there is water damage, knows when to say ‘keep looking’ and utterly, completely flexible. We saw so many houses we were so concerned we were wearing her out. Never, she was our cheerleader from day one. Always supportive, ready with a laugh or positive comment. Emily was very patient and took the time to explain everything to me... Several times if needed. We had a great first interview resulting in our initial plan and she was flexible when we accelerated our timeline. She was on top of the whole process so that once I turned the house over to her she took care of everything and made sure I knew when I had an item to obtain or complete. I'd hire her again hands down for the sale or purchase of my house.
