My wife and I ended up with a lovely home on Tumwater Hill. It was well within our price range thanks to some of Emily's negotiations and knowledge of the market. We were able to view plenty houses and never once did we feel pressured to make a purchase. Hanna was really good to keep us in the loop about the sell of our home. She would communicate to us the feedback she would receives after open house or when people had appointments to view the house. Holding open houses, advertising etc. Talking it over with us and providing her professional advice if we needed to reduce the price according to market value. She was really good at communicating. Once our property was listed Laura and her associates were aggressive to get the property on the market. I received follow up calls with progress on market penetration via multiple open houses, canvassing neighbors, advertising, and broker to broker exposure to name just a few.
