This past year, Meghan has worked with my family and I on two real estate transactions: one, the sale of a family property and, two, the purchase of a home for myself, co-owned by my sister. Throughout the process, Megan was always on top of things, keeping in touch with us and the other agents (one of which was *ahem* rather a piece of work) regarding the ongoing inspections, requirements, revised agreements, work orders and, of course, the inevitable delays. At all times she was patient with our inexperience, answering all of our questions and addressing all of our concerns, easy to get in touch with, willing to offer solid and knowledgeable advice, and worked hard to get us both the best sale price and best purchase price possible. Of equal if not overall greatest importance was her sense of humor, which helped us get thru the more challenging moments of the transactions. Whether you’re buying or selling or both, I can solidly recommend Megan to reliably and ethically represent anyone in their real estate dealings, particularly those who feel overwhelmed by the sheer concept of buying and/or selling a home. It was an absolute pleasure working with Rachel to sell our mother's home. She was extremely professional throughout the entire process and did an excellent job of keeping us appraised of offers and other developments. As a first time home seller I was a little apprehensive at the start since I was not familiar with a lot of the nuances of the industry. Rachel really made everything easy though and did a stellar job of guiding us through the listing and selling process. Her knowledge of the Olympia housing market was also quite handy and ultimately we accepted an offer that aligned with our expectations. Would definitely recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Meghan. I was fortunate to work with her twice in the past decade--first as a buyer and then as a seller.
