This was our first home buying experience and we knew very little. From the first meeting - Laura felt like an old friend. She was warm and welcoming and kind. We received outlined expectations of processes that ended up really helping us later on. We went over what kind of paperwork to expect, too. This set the tone for our entire working relationship with Laura - she does her best to anticipate any issues and kept us in the loop. Her communication sets such a high bar and we are so grateful. I am kind of type-A, so it’s hard for me to hand over the reins on a process to someone else. Especially something as important as a house. Laura showed such great aptitude and work-ethic that I was able to fully put everything in her hands and not worry. Anyone who knows me, not worrying is NOT an easy thing to achieve!! There was one thing that me and my fiance knew for certain - Laura was in our corner fighting for us always. If it was possible to be done, Laura got it done. If she couldn’t do it, no one could. Anytime we heard “no”, it was always “no and” or “no but”. It seemed she always worked to give us exactly the news we wanted to hear. She has earned our lifelong business. I know for a fact we wouldn’t have gotten this amazing home without Laura. We are so grateful
