Maryann is great! Gave us guidelines and advice along the way. We had several walk throughs and she would share input from potential buyers and fellow agents. The final sell went smoothly and we are done with that chapter! So thankful for Maryann!

After CitiBank refused to finance me for my home due to a completely inept mortgage rep, I felt like giving up but Yma didn't give up on me.
