I've worked with a few Realtors over the years trying to purchase a home. I always felt like I was inconveniencing them when I wanted to see a house or even put in an offer. Like I wasn't a priority or being taken seriously. That is absolutely not the experience I had with Neil. We talked about what I was looking for and my concerns about the process. We even talked about the anxiety I had about unknowns for going through the home buying process. And when it came time to actually look at houses, Neil was very accommodating. We had great, frank conversations about things I should be looking for. After seeing a handful of houses, I decided I wanted to look in a nearby town and Neil did not bat an eye. I truly felt represented. Between him and my loan agent, this was a very low anxiety experience for me. Neil deserves credit for a significant portion of this really positive outcome.

We had already found and purchased our new home and Anastasia was able to create a pricing and marketing strategy to meet our specific needs to sell our current home quickly without sacrificing price and during a cooler market time (October). She listened to our needs with regard to timelines, worked around our schedules and had the right team in place to take amazing photos after working with us side by side to get the home photo ready. She was our advocate at every turn, communicated with us based on our preferences and sold our home in 4 days after successfully negotiating multiple offers to maximize our sales price. She was also our agent that secured our new home. From touring our new home, buying it and selling our existing home all in 30 days, she helped us start a whole new life for our family and we are extremely grateful. It was a lot of change in a short amount of time and she guided me through it all. I have nothing but trust and appreciation for Anastasia. She is the whole package.
