There’s a lot to learn and consider when purchasing a home for the first time and it can be very overwhelming. Stan was so informative and walked through each step of the process from start to finish. Very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. and He was the third agent I worked with and I would 1000% choose him again if I had to do it all over. I’m incredibly happy with my new home and will be forever grateful for having him by my side through every step of the process. It was an incredibly smooth transaction with no surprises. Thank you so much Stan!

Easy to work with. Made the move quick and simple.

We were long distance buyers. We regularly received information about homes on the market. We specifically were looking for a single story home, but looked at other possibilities due to the dearth of that style home in Gig Harbor. We asked Ronda to show us a couple of homes on our last visit. Ronda was invaluable during the purchase process especially because we were out of towners. She attended the inspection and followed up on the item that needed mitigation. We highly recommend Ronda.

Very professional and always communicating with us about the market. Todd always negotiated with our best interest in mind.
