She would also research any other interesting houses in the same area we were looking at, just in case we missed a better property. (That's actually how we found the house we did buy, we passed an open house after we'd looked at a different property.) We had a very limited search for the house we purchased, the second one we looked at just felt like a very good fit, but she was very knowledgeable about everything and able to explain all the various steps we needed to go through to do an offer, then negotiate it, then complete the process. My boyfriend and are are both inexperienced in the home buying purchasing process, Nola made it feel less complicated. She assisted me a few years ago with a house sale, and she was capable and efficient with that as well. We would definitely recommend her, for both purchasing and selling of real estate.
