Aracely is a god send. Being a first time homebuyer we were new to the having to buy a home but Aracely walked us through the process on the realty side and she is precise with her explaination. It took her ONE day just one day to find our home. She is an expert in the area and the market. And she is knowledgeable in FHA & Calhfa home purchases. And she got 15 out of the 16 request for repairs agreed to & completed. But the most important thing and the thing I am mostly appreciate is during the escrow process. Ecrow is a very stressful process because you do not know what is going on but with Aracely we had help. She constantly called us to update us on the house and sometimes just to call us to see how we were doing. But yea if ever plan to sell my home or buy another house I will first contact Aracely cause she is the boss when it comes to realty

I was a first time home buyer with an anxiety disorder. Needless to say buying a home was a huge step and a potential disaster right from the beginning. Sandy was amazing she was there every step of the way and anticipated EVERY thing. There was never a surprise, never a judgement, never a delayed response, never an argument or even a misunderstanding. I can't tell you how easy this move was for me. She made something possible that I never thought would ever happen for me. She did just show me homes. She listened. She walked me through every step and anticipated what I would need help understanding but as a highly trained professional in my own right she didn't talk down to me about any thing I already knew. That was important to me. So, I can't just choose one job that she did for me. Yes, she showed me homes. Yes, she helped me find other professionals to work with for financing, title, appraisals, inspections and handiwork. Yes she walked me through every step of the process. But, she became part of my foundation to lean and rely on during the process. AND THAT is why there aren't enough stars on this review to express my satisfaction with her performance. Chris created the best experience for our family. He's extremely attentive, knowledgeable, detailed, patient, and incredibly hardworking. He explained in detailed every step and provided time lines. I was not an “impulse” buyer of property in the Bitterroot Valley. During the search to find a realtor to represent me, the buyer, I encountered many realtors who expected the buyer to do all of the “leg work”. I was not familiar with the area and was in need of someone who was familiar with, what I term the “local customs”. This could include water rights, home owner’s insurance rates or all of the many things that must be addresses as a property moves through the closing process. Janay understood the importance of “having all the T’s crossed and the I’s dotted”. Janay has a good grasp of the term “in a timely manner”. Every request for information, regardless of where it originated, was followed through until all parties had the information they requested.’ The closing process can be very nerve wracking. Janay dealt with the challenge in a very professional manner. She is an excellent communicator / negotiator. She never allowed an issue to jeopardize the closing of the property. While she remained positive, she had no issue with formulating a contingency plan. From our first communication, I was open and above board with Janay. My attitude is / was…. “This is just business.” She is a person who is quick to process another person’s needs. There was never a lot of explaining required. Her replies were straight forward…. Unlike other agents, nothing was sugar coated in order to make the sale. In this market, there will never be the “perfect sale”. What Janay will do is to keep a buyer informed of any negative aspects of the deal. The final decisions always belong to the buyer. Patrick Abbott is a real gem! I was in a desperate situation to find and secure a home extremely quick.... Patrick had us in escrow by day 3! He found time in his busy schedule to squeeze me in and show me properties. He even corresponded and negotiated with the other lender while he was on vacation.... in Thailand! Although I was feeling anxious in my housing situation, Patrick kept me calm by being extremely diligent and in control of getting me the best deal possible.
