Tim did an excellent job of working with us and numerous contractors to get our Ahwatukee house ready for the market. He had a comprehensive list of outside contractors that could provide the services we needed. His media package of twilight photos and the virtual tour were very professional and got us a good number of showings. Once the house went on the market, he notified us each time the house was shown and he was able to obtain useful feedback from other realtors and their clients. He was very professional and trustworthy and especially helpful if you are an out of state owner. He negotiated a fair offer for our property and led us through the closing process. I highly recommend Ron as a buyer's or seller's agent! He is VERY knowledgeable of the Kansas City metro area. My husband and I built our home and Ron was very familiar with the building process and always professional/helpful when actings as the liaison between us and the builders. I was living out of state and needed someone to sell my home. I have never sold a home and didn't know much about the process. I came across Tim from a mailer I received. I was hesitant to use someone I did not know but after talking with Tim and seeing how responsive, tentative and reliable he seemed, I said this just seems right. Tim helped me get all the paperwork needed to advise my current tenant that the place would be going up for sale. I flew to town to get the place ready and meet face to face. Tim was great! He went above and beyond helping get the home ready for sale! (helping clean, changing bulbs, garage cleanup etc.) After I saw the final product I almost wanted to move back! The place looked amazing! The media package was insane! The photos were taken at dusk with lights on, a fire was lit inside and made it look so inviting. There was a 3D video walk through with layout. I was thinking I had to pay more for this but it was included. The house had around 30 showings in just a couple days and was under contact in less than a week. Bottom Line is Tim is great! Very comfortable to talk with, he keeps in contact, lets you know everything that is going on and seems to always be available! If I ever need to buy or sell again in AZ I would use Tim again!
