Tim did an excellent job of working with us and numerous contractors to get our Ahwatukee house ready for the market. He had a comprehensive list of outside contractors that could provide the services we needed. His media package of twilight photos and the virtual tour were very professional and got us a good number of showings. Once the house went on the market, he notified us each time the house was shown and he was able to obtain useful feedback from other realtors and their clients. He was very professional and trustworthy and especially helpful if you are an out of state owner. He negotiated a fair offer for our property and led us through the closing process. I would recommend Tim without hesitation and have already done so to friends in the Ahwatukee area.

I highly recommend Ron as a buyer's or seller's agent! He is VERY knowledgeable of the Kansas City metro area. My husband and I built our home and Ron was very familiar with the building process and always professional/helpful when actings as the liaison between us and the builders. A lot of things can go wrong while building a home and he made sure it was seamless. In addition , Ron helped us sell our home by holding several open houses, providing suggestions and feedback to make our home sell over the rest. Our home sold in 3 months! I will be sending friends and family his way!!

My husband and I purchased our first home in August, and couldn't have been more happy with the experience we had throughout the entire process, to which we owe to our realtor, Shannon Gallucci. Shannon is personable, honest, and really zoned in on homes with features that fit what my husband and I were looking for. We were impressed with her extensive knowledge of the real estate market - as you can imagine, being that it was our first time buying a home, we had lots of questions, and Shannon was extremely thorough with her explanations. She even made sure to address things we hadn't thought of while we were shopping around ( i.e. Additional fees, such as HOA, etc.). In neighborhoods we liked, Shannon made sure to ask neighbors to give feedback on their experience there: she knew I was a stay at home mom, so it was important for us to find a family friendly area with a community of people who had similar interests and hobbies, and having current residents' opinions were important when we made our decision to buy. We would absolutely use Shannon as our realtor in future, and I would highly recommend Shannon as a realtor to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. My husband and both felt very valued as her clients, as she is prompt with her responses, and on it 100% of the time!!!

I was living out of state and needed someone to sell my home. I have never sold a home and didn't know much about the process. I came across Tim from a mailer I received. I was hesitant to use someone I did not know but after talking with Tim and seeing how responsive, tentative and reliable he seemed, I said this just seems right. Tim helped me get all the paperwork needed to advise my current tenant that the place would be going up for sale. I flew to town to get the place ready and meet face to face. Tim was great! He went above and beyond helping get the home ready for sale! (helping clean, changing bulbs, garage cleanup etc.) After I saw the final product I almost wanted to move back! The place looked amazing! The media package was insane! The photos were taken at dusk with lights on, a fire was lit inside and made it look so inviting. There was a 3D video walk through with layout. I was thinking I had to pay more for this but it was included. The house had around 30 showings in just a couple days and was under contact in less than a week. Bottom Line is Tim is great! Very comfortable to talk with, he keeps in contact, lets you know everything that is going on and seems to always be available! If I ever need to buy or sell again in AZ I would use Tim again! Tim proved to be an excellent realtor for the Ahwatukee Arizona area understanding the value and how to price the home. He ensured the house always looked the best. He is very methodical on process, helping us to never miss a beat. Tim is patient and calm, even when we got stressed. I have had to move several times and buying and selling a home is not easy. Tim made it easy for us and has the highest integrity of any realtor I have ever worked with. Tim has a strong business sense and is a great communicator. Shannon Gallucci was an amazing real estate agent! We couldn't have asked for anyone better. She was/is professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She listened to what we were looking for and was always prepared to show us properties that we would be interested in. We never had any problems with her quality of work. She was always there to help us. During our property search, we encountered an unpleasant situation with a sales rep, which really shocked us. The following day, on her own, she made sure to follow up with a manager in that office and made them aware of our unpleasant experience. She represented us with the utmost professionalism. Had she not taken that initiative, we would not have bought the beautiful home we now live in. I have no doubt the day we decide to sell and move, she'll be the first one we call.
