I was referred to Shannon from a close friend and could not have been happier with her as my realtor for my first home purchase. Throughout the entire process Shannon was very dedicated and passionate about doing her best work. She also had the know-how and experience to produce exceptional work in a very timely manner. I was very impressed with her ability to make me feel like I was her top priority, even though I know she had other clients during the same time period. I truly felt like I had her undivided attention and focus throughout the entire home buying process. She was also very patient and thorough in explaining every step and answering all my questions. Being a first time home buyer, I had little to no understanding of how to buy a house or what to look for, and Shannon made it very simple and comfortable for me. It was a true blessing to have someone on my side that was easy to talk to and, more importantly, someone I trusted. I highly recommend Shannon to anyone looking for a realtor and would not hesitate to use her again for any real estate needs.

My husband and I purchased our first home in August, and couldn't have been more happy with the experience we had throughout the entire process, to which we owe to our realtor, Shannon Gallucci. Shannon is personable, honest, and really zoned in on homes with features that fit what my husband and I were looking for. We were impressed with her extensive knowledge of the real estate market - as you can imagine, being that it was our first time buying a home, we had lots of questions, and Shannon was extremely thorough with her explanations. She even made sure to address things we hadn't thought of while we were shopping around ( i.e. Additional fees, such as HOA, etc.). In neighborhoods we liked, Shannon made sure to ask neighbors to give feedback on their experience there: she knew I was a stay at home mom, so it was important for us to find a family friendly area with a community of people who had similar interests and hobbies, and having current residents' opinions were important when we made our decision to buy. We would absolutely use Shannon as our realtor in future, and I would highly recommend Shannon as a realtor to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. My husband and both felt very valued as her clients, as she is prompt with her responses, and on it 100% of the time!!!

We found and purchased our home through Shannon and it was such a wonderful process. She helps you find what you are looking for and negotiates and fights for it for you! We will definitely use and recommend her to all our friends and future homes.

Shannon Gallucci was an amazing real estate agent! We couldn't have asked for anyone better. She was/is professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She listened to what we were looking for and was always prepared to show us properties that we would be interested in. We never had any problems with her quality of work. She was always there to help us. During our property search, we encountered an unpleasant situation with a sales rep, which really shocked us. The following day, on her own, she made sure to follow up with a manager in that office and made them aware of our unpleasant experience. She represented us with the utmost professionalism. Had she not taken that initiative, we would not have bought the beautiful home we now live in. I have no doubt the day we decide to sell and move, she'll be the first one we call.
