Shannon Gallucci was an amazing real estate agent! We couldn't have asked for anyone better. She was/is professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She listened to what we were looking for and was always prepared to show us properties that we would be interested in. We never had any problems with her quality of work. She was always there to help us. During our property search, we encountered an unpleasant situation with a sales rep, which really shocked us. The following day, on her own, she made sure to follow up with a manager in that office and made them aware of our unpleasant experience. She represented us with the utmost professionalism. Had she not taken that initiative, we would not have bought the beautiful home we now live in. I have no doubt the day we decide to sell and move, she'll be the first one we call.

Not only did she show us wonderful options in a very large range of house styles, neighborhoods, and prices; but cheerfully guided us in the direction she felt we would love. Not being from the area, we truly appreciated her honesty and integrity to get us the house that we were meant to have! We found a home and it was a difficult transaction as we had a seller who was emotionally struggling to move back east; however Mary was so gracious and willing to work hard to make this a positive transaction for both sides! Our house was very difficult to sell as we had spent 20+ years "customizing" it for our family. Stacy was relentless in coming up with ways to first, attract buyers, i.e., open houses, realtors tours, virtual web tours and the many web pages she advertised the house on. Then by following-up on showings and keeping us informed of all feedback. This helped tremendously in addressing issues to make the house more market attractive. As our house was older, Stacy offered a 1 year home warranty to counter act this. We were always able to pose questions, concerns and ideas, which we had a lot of, with a prompt response. One of things we most appreciated was when she wasn't 100% positive of her answer, she would consult with her associates, and get back with the correct answer. In all ways, she just went above and beyond, including running over and hosing off bird droppings from the front porch before showings. We would highly recommend Stacy for anyone's real estate needs. I highly recommend Tim Irvine for any Real Estate needs you may have. He was the ultimate professional. Not only did I sell my condo the first weekend on the market I got over asking price. Tim used the latest technology to help sell the condo such as HDR Photography which made the exterior of the property really come to life. The Virtual Reality 3-D tour was simply amazing. What a selling tool! Ultimately though I always felt Tim had my best interest in mind and that is why I will use him again and recommend him to others.

After dealing with another realtor that had her own agenda, that kept my house on the market for 90 days, with that absolute minimal amount work that could be done, I went to find a new realtor. That new realtor was Corrie. Not only did Corrie accomplish more in the first three days than was done in the previous 90, she listened. Whatever I didn't know or understand, Corrie would go over with me until I knew exactly what was going on. If I had any questions I could call, text, or email and quickly get a response quickly. Corrie absolutely cares about her clients and goes the extra mile. She doesn't give up and won't let you give up either.

Pat Abbott is an amazing realtor that provides the ultimate service from knowing everything about the homes he showed us including school ratings, positive and negative aspects of location and neighborhood and future real estate trends. This guy went far and above the normal realtor/buyer relationship and protected our best interest at all times and fought hard to make certain we got the best possible deal.
