Belinda Messersmith is a highly intelligent, vibrant, creative real estate broker. She worked hard for us to sell our condo in a slow Cape Cod condo market. She held numerous open houses and followed up with visitors. She gave us frequent updates on the showings and gave useful suggestions for tweaking our home for even better 'potential buyer' feedback, until we had success! Her photos were very good, as well. (She understands the importance of light and came back to reshoot some photos on a better weather day, after the first open house, and she reposted the beautiful photos on the website, which we appreciated.) The whole process was in actuality not long at all and we felt in the end that we had forged not just a professional relationship but that we had formed a friendship. I have never met Seth Rich!<br/><br/>Despite never shaking Seth's hand, he listed my property, negotiated the short-sale and closed the sale all in about 45 days. <br/><br/>All short sales are complicated, but this one was the worst. It included tenants with a years lease, substantial personal property, and a bank (servicing company) from hell. Through all that mess . . . Corrie helped us sell a house in the ever changing Phoenix market. It was a unique home that was hard to find comps on and she was able to quickly find the "sweet spot" to get traffic viewing the house. When a low offer came in, she patiently negotiated and got the buyer to come up to a price that we were comfortable with. Once we were under contract, not only did she make sure that we fulfilled our end of the process, but she very profesionally dealt with a very moody buyer and buyers agent until the house closed.
