My experience with Seth was "almost" by accident. You see I had actually met with and been out looking for houses with 2 different real estate agents before meeting Seth through mutual friend. The pre-meeting diagnostic work Seth performed with me and my wife was not only some of the best I have ever seen, but he was the only agent who took the time to speak to us about what we really wanted and needed before trying to show us the different properties available. All the other reps just wanted to jump in the car and drive around, while they told us how hot the market was and that we needed to get some offers in right away. The consultative input Seth provided was invaluable. In the end the reason we chose Seth was that we felt we could trust him . . . I would not only recommend him, but I plan to use him whenever we consider making any future real estate decisions!

Seth handled my short sale transaction in 2010. He navigated what was a particularly complex deal quickly and successfully. His "bull-doggedness" with the lenders was the difference between a foreclosure and a short sale. I have since referred him to no less than 7 friends who were in the same boat and he completed each deal with 100% success rate. When we met Seth he had all the paperwork needed to get started and knew exactly how to sell our home. Risa is very professional and excellent at managing all of the emotions that go with buying and selling a house. We bought a short sale home and the process went very smoothly. In 2007 I decided to take money out of my stock and bond investments to purchase income real estate. I had been doing this for about 2 years in the small town where I live. The town has limited growth opportunities so I wanted to expand my investments into a coastal area that had values that were more stable. Risa showed me several properties in the Oceanside area, an area I was acquainted with and believed was underpriced. There were duplexes, multi-units and single family homes available. Risa did analyses for each of the properties which informed my decision. Since I didn't live in the area, much of the information was transmitted by email in a timely fashion and was complete with photos, specs and opinions - and made the decision to purchase an easy one. I bought a single family home in an excellent neighborhood.
