My experience with Seth was "almost" by accident. You see I had actually met with and been out looking for houses with 2 different real estate agents before meeting Seth through mutual friend. The pre-meeting diagnostic work Seth performed with me and my wife was not only some of the best I have ever seen, but he was the only agent who took the time to speak to us about what we really wanted and needed before trying to show us the different properties available.
