Seth is an excellent Real estate representative. He posted our home immediately within hours of meeting with us. Definitely one of the most genuine people I've ever met, I cannot believe more realtors are not like this women. She was not my first realtor either, I went through the process of bidding on homes with a coworkers wife at first. Mardie was way more experienced all the way around, completely attentive and lived up to her reputation as "the only realtor you'll ever need".

Seth was an incredible contact as soon as I was introduced to him. He was completely unselfish in explaining completely how short sales worked and his realistic abilities to work with the banks. I soon had absolute trust in him that he was working in my best interests and eventually was successful in marketing, contracting and most important, working with the lenders to approve the short sales. He got myself and two others out of a combined 6 units in the same complex. <br/><br/>What is rare is that you can believe every single word he says including when he doesn't know something but will research it.

I am from Toronto and was in the market in 2010 to buy a house in Phoenix, but did not know the city very well, nor did I know any agents. I made contact with several agents that I found online and was asking questions to help guide my purchase and was getting the very basic type of generic responses you get from average agents. Just by chance I came across Seth Rich. I asked Seth the same questions I had asked the other agents and the response I got back from Seth was night and day from the other agents. Seth was so knowledgeable and detailed in his responses it made me know right away he was our agent of choice. We flew down to have Seth show us around and guide us to the right area of the city for our needs. Seth spent so much time with us and never rushed us. I have to say that Seth is one of the best service personnel I have ever dealt with. If you deal with Seth you will not be disappointed, period. This year I was again in the market to buy a house and of course used Seth, who once again spent all the time we needed to buy the property. We actually closed both deals from here in Toronto with Seth being our trusted eyes and ears in Arizona.
