Patti Wells is a great realtor with plenty of experience under her belt. My husband and I had Patti list my parent's house at a time when houses weren't selling. It was not a seller's market at that time. She however did her job and had the house under contract and sold within a month! Before listing it, she did a complete market analysis. She had everything broken down and presented to us in a detailed report. I've worked in real estate offices for over fifteen years as an administrative assistant to realtors, and I've never seen such professionalism shown before! Patti is not only a professional, she is patient, kind and listens to what you're wanting to gain by the sale of your house. I was blown away by how awesome her staging skills are! She staged the house beautifully to enhance the qualities that makes the house so special! I highly recommend Patti Wells as the Realtor to take care of all your real estate needs! he promised me that he was gonna sell my house in the showtime, but I didn’t think it was gonna be that short. He did sell my house very very fast. I still can’t believe it that it happened that fast. We just bought our first home. We started working with Gonzalo four years prior to purchasing our home. Gonzalo was extremely patient throughout the whole process and never attempted to convince us to buy something that wasn’t right for us. Gonzalo was very responsive anytime we had a question or interest in a property and would find out a lot of information about the properties that we never even would have thought would be important but were indeed very important (things that most agents wouldn’t even know about or point out to their clients). Gonzalo is a very experienced real estate agent that has worked with various members of our family for 20 plus years and has always had a great reputation on every sale and purchase he has done for our family.
