He found time in his busy schedule to squeeze me in and show me properties. He even corresponded and negotiated with the other lender while he was on vacation.... in Thailand! How can I put this. He treats you like a friend even more like a family member. I cant rave enough how much he made the home buying process easier for me and my wife. The one thing you should keep in mind is that he works for your best interest and long term. He empowers you to feel at ease and enjoy the whole process. He got us the best deal, location, and overall quality of life. He is super responsive and thorough from the moment you call him for the first time till even months after escrow closes. He is a saint when it comes to the home buying experience. If I could buy another house just to use Pat again I would and probably will when I purchase my next home in a few years. Trust me.
