Chris has made buying our first home a great experience. Over the past year of us looking he has always been there to answer any questions, take us to look at properties and provide excellent insight to what the market is doing and what to expect. He did excellent job working with two really picky clients who wanted to find the perfect home. I know we put him thru a lot of stress trying to find this home and the whole time Chris remained patient and optimistic. I was referred to Shannon from a close friend and could not have been happier with her as my realtor for my first home purchase. We've had the pleasure of working with Alexis twice. Our last house hunt search was a little more difficult, because we were in a time crunch, 8 hours away, and only had a few weekends to find just the house we needed. The Knoxville market was low on inventory and we ran into so many that were already under contract. Once we found a house and made an offer, we found quite a few surprises on the inspection and were unable to negotiate with the sellers. But it all worked out, Alexis kept the search going and was always available when we came into town. She very quickly picked up on what we were looking for and what we needed. She was very knowledgeable, honest, and fun! She never got frustrated with us and we ended up with a great deal in a great neighborhood and we LOVE our HOME!
