It's a pleasure to write this review for Sandy Stabler. My husband and I are first-time home buyers and Sandy made the process as smooth as possible. I've known Sandy for over 6 years on a personal level and we've became great friends over the years. When it was time for my husband and I to buy a home, I knew Sandy was who I wanted as our realtor. Sandy was able to connect us with someone who helped clean up our credit so we could begin the home buying process. She not only guided us in buying a home but she walked us step by step on how everything is done. Buying a home is a very overwhelming and stressful process and we couldn't have done this without her help. We were able to buy the most beautiful home for our family. The kids couldn't be more happier and we all love love love our brand new home. She is a very knowledgeable and respectful realtor who listens to her clients needs. We would recommend Sandy 150%. I was referred to Shannon from a close friend and could not have been happier with her as my realtor for my first home purchase. Throughout the entire process Shannon was very dedicated and passionate about doing her best work. She also had the know-how and experience to produce exceptional work in a very timely manner. I was very impressed with her ability to make me feel like I was her top priority, even though I know she had other clients during the same time period. I truly felt like I had her undivided attention and focus throughout the entire home buying process. She was also very patient and thorough in explaining every step and answering all my questions. Being a first time home buyer, I had little to no understanding of how to buy a house or what to look for, and Shannon made it very simple and comfortable for me. Heads up! Looking for a good real estate agent? My husband, Alan and I found him! Choosing the ‘right’ realtor was important because we were on a tight time frame. We've had the pleasure of working with Alexis twice. Our last house hunt search was a little more difficult, because we were in a time crunch, 8 hours away, and only had a few weekends to find just the house we needed. The Knoxville market was low on inventory and we ran into so many that were already under contract. Once we found a house and made an offer, we found quite a few surprises on the inspection and were unable to negotiate with the sellers. But it all worked out, Alexis kept the search going and was always available when we came into town. She very quickly picked up on what we were looking for and what we needed. She was very knowledgeable, honest, and fun! She never got frustrated with us and we ended up with a great deal in a great neighborhood and we LOVE our HOME!
