I worked with Alexis to purchase a house. She was very knowledgeable of the area as well as recent sold comps. Was able to identify areas/communities that met my needs. She was extremely responsive and replied quickly when questions were asked, or info was needed on properties. She was enthusiastic, and I believe she loves working in real estate, which is apparent by her demeanor. We've had the pleasure of working with Alexis twice. Our last house hunt search was a little more difficult, because we were in a time crunch, 8 hours away, and only had a few weekends to find just the house we needed. The Knoxville market was low on inventory and we ran into so many that were already under contract. Once we found a house and made an offer, we found quite a few surprises on the inspection and were unable to negotiate with the sellers. But it all worked out, Alexis kept the search going and was always available when we came into town. She very quickly picked up on what we were looking for and what we needed. She was very knowledgeable, honest, and fun! She never got frustrated with us and we ended up with a great deal in a great neighborhood and we LOVE our HOME!
