This is the second property that we have purchased in the Phoenix area through Tim. The first one was in 2006. We always knew if we bought again we would use Tim as our realtor. He has a knack for calling out inspection issues and he also has recommendations on who can fix them. He knows the Phoenix market and is very good at negotiating the best deal. We were purchasing from out-of-state. She helped get us focused on what types of property we were looking at, did her homework, and arranged for us to see many properties meeting our specifications within a short window of time. Certainly, she put in the time and focus to give us the best look at the properties in the local market meeting our desired requirements. Being from out-of-state, we needed someone who not only knew the local rules, but also what to expect as we negotiated, contracted and closed on the property that we purchased. She was extremely helpful in this area as well, and provided a lot of data to help us formulate our offer and reach agreement on purchase. We felt well represented and well advised by Paula in the purchase process. Paula was also extremely responsive regardless of the time of day, particularly important given the time difference from our then-existing residence. Also, she devoted significant time in showing us around Verrado, and conformed her schedule to the limited time we were able to be in town locally. We would whole-heartedly recommend her.

Was very helpful in helping me find a good house in a short-notice PCS (30 days notice to report, and I closed on the house within that 30 day time-frame). It was my first time buying a home or even considering it, and using the VA Loan, and Paula was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from start through finish. She had an idea of what I was looking for, and she was very considerate of location for my personal safety, convenience, and future value in the home. I hadn't even laid eyes on the home before making the offer, and she really had my best interest in mind. She explained more about the loan process and figures than my own loan company, as she was more reachable. Maggie helped my wife and I buy our first house and I can't imagine it going any smoother. Not once did we worry whether or not Maggie would follow through... 100 percent of the time she made sure every step in the process was complete and correct. In our price range competition is pretty fierce and I'm pretty sure Maggie is the only reason we got our new house. As a bonus she knows a bunch of contractors who do excellent work for a good price. (We had our cabinets painted by one of them) We hope that if we ever decide to move Maggie is still working.

Chris has made buying our first home a great experience.
