The lot we owned was purchased by us via Sharon Rodgers (Keller Williams Integrity First) a few years ago when we planned to build on it. So, using Sharon Rodgers to sell it for us was a natural choice. We knew she had the knowledge and would work out the best deal for us. We tried to sell it as an entire lot, but it looked like there were very few buyers for a 4+ acre parcel. So, after a couple of months on the market she suggested we do a Minor Land Division and cut it down to 3 separate buildable lots. That seemed to raise the buying interest a lot. But there was a survey to be done and all the deeds and documents that were needed for an MLD. It looked like an impossible task. However, Sharon went to work to get all the necessary paperwork done working with the buyer, county and surveyor. It was amazing how everything came together, and it turns out all 3 lots were sold.
