Cindy is a huge reason why I was able to buy my current home. She was able to convince the owners to allow me tour the home even though they had closed off appointments. We only had two hours to make an offer, and she was able to do that also She guided me through the entire inspection and closing proces. She answered every email and text message promptly and with good humor. I always trusted to Cindy to know what to do every time there was a bump in the road. I signed a listing agreement with Jennifer on 12/2/21. Jennifer listed my house at 3340 South Eudora Street, Denver, CO on December 6, 2021 at a price that both of us agreed to. On December 6, 2021, the first day the house was listed, we had three offers, one that was $11k over our asking price. The house closed on January 4, 2022. Jennifer provided excellent support through the entire process. She always answered any questions that I had the same day that I asked a question.
