She came to our first meeting with a complete market analysis to determine market value in order to establish our sale price. Prior to putting our home on the market, Juhi guided us through house preparation for the web based marketing. Juhi managed a large number of showings over a weekend that produced a significant number of offers. She had prepared a detailed spread sheet of the offers making it very easy for us to compare them and make a decision. From listing to closing Juhi helped us with all the details, answered questions and was our advocate. Juhi’s competence and professionalism, calm manner, positive attitude, work ethic, communication, detail orientation and sense of humor would rate her a 10+ on a 10 scale!

I signed a listing agreement with Jennifer on 12/2/21. Jennifer listed my house at 3340 South Eudora Street, Denver, CO on December 6, 2021 at a price that both of us agreed to. On December 6, 2021, the first day the house was listed, we had three offers, one that was $11k over our asking price. The house closed on January 4, 2022. Jennifer provided excellent support through the entire process. She always answered any questions that I had the same day that I asked a question. I will use Jennifer as my relator the next time I sell or buy a house. I could not ask for a better relator!
