I'm not sure I would have survived the process if I hadn't had Cindy's knowledge and advice. She guided me through every step of the process. Cindy is a huge reason why I was able to buy my current home. She was able to convince the owners to allow me tour the home even though they had closed off appointments. Cindy was a blessing to us as we approached the sale of our home in a very hot market. From preparation, to prospecting, open house, inspection, improvements through to closing she was on top of every detail, professional and rational about obstacles, and supportive as the process went along. In addition, she was a rock star in negotiations of some issues from the seller of the new home arose, she worked with the sellers agent, came up with work arounds and made sure we were content on all aspects. Now over a year in our new home and she continues to check up on us to make sure things are as we hoped and expected.
